EVERY FIRST-TIME ALIGN BUNGEE FITNESS CUSTOMER MUST START HERE This Basics class is the perfect place to begin! In Bungee Basics, you’ll learn essential safety guidelines, proper technique, and foundational footwork for bungee fitness. Once you’ve completed this prerequisite class and feel confident in the movements, you’ll be ready to move on to Bungee Burn. ARRIVAL POLICY Please arrive early, as it takes time to properly hook each client into the equipment. Late arrivals will not be admitted, as this delays the start of class for everyone. Doors will lock at the scheduled class time. IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS For safety and equipment requirements, participants must weigh between 90 lbs and 250 lbs. All clients will be weighed privately by a staff member before class to ensure proper bungee setup. If you exceed the 250 lb limit, you will not be permitted to participate, and no refunds or credits will be issued. WHAT TO WEAR Wear comfortable, fitted workout clothing. Shorts are not recommended for your first few classes until you are accustomed to the harness—after that, it’s up to your preference. Expect to move in all directions, so dress accordingly. Bring water and be ready to sweat! LIABILITY DISCLOSURES We do not recommend participating if you: Have had surgery within the past 6 months Are pregnant Experience chronic pain Have medical conditions involving the shoulders, wrists, hands, or lower back If any of these apply—or if you think you may be pregnant—please consult with your physician before participating in Align Bungee Fitness LLC. AGE REQUIREMENTS Participants must be 14 years or older. Anyone 17 or under must have a parent participate.
