I am a wife, mom to four married children, and “Grammi” to four beautiful, active granddaughters. My greatest joy is being able to fully enjoy life with my family, and that is what motivates me to stay active and healthy.
As I’ve gotten older, I’ve experienced the changes that come with aging—both physically and mentally—but I refuse to let those changes define me. I want to continue making memories, keeping up with my family, and living life to the fullest.
Fitness has not always come easily for me. For many years, I struggled with body image, weight loss, and building strength while feeling pressure to “fit the mold.” Over time, I realized my goal wasn’t perfection—it was creating a healthier, stronger life that allows me to stay active for the people I love most.
Watching others struggle to stay active inspired me to help create something different: a fitness experience that is fun, low-impact, uplifting, and effective. I wanted people to feel stronger, more confident, and excited to move their bodies.
That passion led me to begin my journey as a Bungee Fitness Instructor.
One day, I simply decided: I can do this.
Don’t be afraid. Believe in yourself. Trust in the Lord. Step outside your comfort zone.
“Doubt not, fear not.”
This is my why — and I can’t wait to share this journey with you.

I live in Sahuarita with my amazing husband and two incredible children. We love being outside, traveling, and just being together. I am a native Coloradan and love to snowboard and be in the mountains. Having a degree in Recreation Management, I think fitness should be FUN, which is why I'm so thrilled to be a bungee fitness instructor. Being active has always been a large part of my life. It has not only helped me physically but mentally, and as a cancer survivor, I know how fragile health and life can be. Being in a place where my health was largely in jeopardy has forever changed who I am and why I am so happy and bless to be alive and still able to do the things I love. Our bodies are amazing and so capable of doing whatever we set out to do, even when sometines th deck feels stacked against us or the going gets tough. I am so excited to start this new chapter of learning something new while doing something I truly enjoy, and am so blessed with my health to be able to do so.
